Marrickville Intensive English Centre is a school that serves the newly arrived migrants, international students, refugees and others in need of English language assistance before starting high school, therefore it serves the local community.
The school is lucky that it has a number of volunteers from the local community who come to the school and support our students in the reading program. These volunteers are usually retired people or part-time workers who would like to contribute back to school and to students, as they have some free time in their life.
We thank them dearly for their time and contribution.
