Music at Marrickville Intensive English Centre (MIEC) is a fun learning environment where students can develop music and language skills through singing, playing instruments, listening to, researching and creating music.
Music crosses cultural and language barriers and the program includes singing, basic music theory, playing an instrument, music appreciation and exploring different types of music. We also further develop research and presentation skills through individualised projects. Students and classes are encouraged to perform at our assemblies.
