Marrickville Library is only a 5 minute walk from the Intensive English Centre. The school has very close links with the library as all new students are provided with an orientation session at the library.
The library staff provide a library card to our students and show them how the library operates, including borrowing books, CDs and other resources as well as accessing the computer services.
There are many books in Chinese, Greek, Vietnamese, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and of course English.
In addition, many times during the year, the library advertises to our students the events that they may be organising, such as book review competitions, cake decorating classes and much more that might be of interest for our students.
